We are a collective of women creating community-driven
solutions for the oceans.

About Us

Orgcas is a multidisciplinary collective of marine biologists, creatives, lawyers, researchers and educators united by a deep love for the oceans. We work closely with coastal communities in Baja California Sur, México
to design and implement solutions that empower them to protect marine ecosystems while supporting their livelihoods. Partnering with locals throughout the process ensures the creation of resilient initiatives and long-term impact.

Community-Driven Approach

Our community-driven approach to conservation is informed by science, enhanced through education, amplified by culture, and creates economic livelihood alternatives that take care of the entire marine ecosystem, humans included.
